1. Whats your definition of preppy? To me, "preppy" is a way of life and style. It is very classic, sharp and put-together, but fun at the same time.

2.Whats your all time favorite brand? (I can't just choose one) Lilly Pulitzer and J. Crew

3.What is your favorite Lilly item/ What is your favorite print? I love all of my Lilly shift dresses, I couldn't just choose one! My favorite print would have to be either the new Written in the Sun or Get Nauti

4. Favorite preppy Youtuber? Sarahbelle93x of course!

5. Jack Rogers or Sperry Topsiders? Definitely Jack Rogers! I wore mine almost every day last summer!

6. Jeans or Khakis? Jeans

7. Opinion on Oxfords? I love them, and usually wear them a few times a week

8. Duck boots, Riding Boots, or Hunters? Depends on the outfit; I wear my riding boots with dressier outfits, and my Hunter boots when I "dress down".

9. Navy or Black? Definitely navy!

10. On a scale of 1-10 how much do you love J.Crew? 11

11. Favorite Ralph Lauren clothing item? My black quarter zip pullover sweater!

12. Pearls or bows? I love both, but I wear pearls more often.

Happy Thursday y'all! Today I took the day off of school to finally go to take my drivers test! I passed and I couldn't be happier! I also got the chance to stop by the outlets to do a little bit of shopping at Kate Spade and J. Crew Factory. 

Only one more day until the weekend; I'm leaving for my trip tomorrow night! What will y'all be up to this weekend?

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope y'all had a fantastic day with your families and friends! I spent my day in Virginia with family and it was great; filled with lots of laughs, great food and great memories! I am so grateful for all of my family and friends, and all of the gifts I received! We woke up very early this morning to open presents and eat our traditional Christmas morning breakfast before heading to see the family. I hope to share some of my favorite gifts in a future post! I definitely had a wonderful Christmas!

Black Friday

 On Black Friday, I spent the morning and afternoon shopping with all of the other crazy shoppers of America! I ended up getting some really nice clothing pieces and accessories at great prices! I started my day out with some Starbucks right when we arrived at the mall, and then went to Lilly Pulitzer, Nordstrom, Aerie, American Eagle, Anthropologie, Free People, Sephora, and, of course, J. Crew! I will admit that I did some minor damage to my bank account (woops!) but it was worth it! I can't wait to style the pieces that I bought in upcoming posts! Sick Weekend

I went on a short shopping trip and picked up a few things from J. Crew, Bath and Body Works, and Sephora!

Last Wednesday I started feeling bad, and I ended up taking a half day on both Thursday and Friday. Thankfully, whatever virus I had is finally starting to go away, and I was able to go back to school today! Hope y'all are having a good Monday!

After a few online browsing days and trips to the mall, I have compiled my updated wishlist for this fall season! 

I love the look of a cloche in the fall and winter; they have a very parisian style to them. This tortoise cross-body caught my eye in Anthropologie. I have never seen anything quite like this bag. And of course, a shiny statement necklace and a fun gingham oxford!

I finally decided to buy the J. Crew herringbone vest. It's no longer available in stores, so I settled on one from eBay. Although it was overpriced, I still love it!

Sweater Weather by The Neighbourhood has been on repeat for the past two weeks. It's just so catchy!

Simple and Comfy

This is just a simple and comfy outfit I threw together one cold morning this past week. You can never go wrong with jeans, a cardigan, and flats! This cardigan is a new addition to my wardrobe and it is such a staple fall piece! And I am especially loving J. Crew's matchstick jeans- they are so comfortable!

Pearls, Monograms and Leopard Print

I just love the way this look turned out. I wore it to my Mom's birthday dinner last weekend and it was perfect! All over Pinterest I have seen looks that layer monogram necklaces and pearls.  This multistrand pearl necklace is absolutely perfect for doing just so! The shoes really add a statement to this fairly simple outfit.
